We ordered the Joola Tour 2500 just before Christmas. It came on the 30th, but the box was really damaged with noticeable damage to the table top (which had to have been treated really roughly during shipping because the table packaging is superb). I contacted Megaspin and a new one was shipped to me. I did have to wait a few days for the table to be in stock, but once in stock it was shipped out and arrived in 5 business days. Customer service was great and kept me updated on the shipping and tracking of the replacement table. All customer service contact was through email, they were always fast to reply to any emails (I spoke with both Louis and Bernard).
The shipping company used was great….very professional and a great help (they called 24 hours ahead to schedule delivery (4 hour delivery window) and gave us a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. The semi had a power liftgate and the table came strapped to a pallet that they were able to move with a manual forklift. Since it was liftgate delivery, I assumed we would be responsible for it from the curb. The driver was very nice and since it was already on the forklift he took it into the garage for us.
As stated above, this table is packaged superbly, with extra boards along the outer edges and rubber pieces at the corners to protect the table. The table was very easy to assemble, basically just assembling the lower legs with two bolts each. Our only question was which direction each end of the t leg should face (one end is longer than the other). With the help of 3 teenagers to lift each half, we had the table unpackaged and assembled in just over an hour. It is really heavy, have extra help available to lift. So far, the kids are enjoying playing on this table and notice the difference in play between this table and the Prince brand table they play on at church. The table is really sturdy and the two halves align perfectly. So far, this seems to be a great table.
