The quality of the board is great, consistent bounce, easy to move and amazing customer support. There was a price drop after I bought and when I reached out to customer support they were prompt to refund the difference.
The robot is easy to setup. The various settings for frequency, topspin and backspin need some time to adjust but it works great once you are used to it. It is definitely not as natural as practicing against a real player but it is still nice to have when you can’t make it to your club. Overall I’m very satisfied with the product and the customer service.
