My Joola tour 2500 was delivered by SouthEastern Freight lines in very good shape (East TN). The packaging was excellent with rubber corner caps/bumpers, mdf & cardboard end rails and thin Styrofoam between the top halves. The table is heavy and I used a padded hand cart to move it to the basement game room for assembly. The assembly was fairly easy by myself and took 1 hour because I read the instructions, did a part inventory and took my time. The leveling feet do a great job getting the centers lined up and supporting the table. Very nice and tight net, didn't even have to tie it on. Balls bounce very well off the surface. When you're done playing it is easy to take the net off, fold the halves and store next to a wall. Lots of fun for all!
