Assembly:

The table is very heavy and I got a handy man to help me take the table down to my basement. But once I got it there, I was able to setup the table all by myself within 30 mins. It is pretty easy to move around from room to room because of the wheels.

Quality:

The quality of the table is solid and looks very polished. The bounce is even and I really love playing on this table for hours.

I purchased a newgy 2050 robot to go with the table and I am really loving the combination of this awesome table and the fun robot.

I am going to switch away from my treadmill and focus on burning my calories through playing ping pong.
