Pongbot 30-Day Return Policy

Pongbot robot returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in like-new, resalable condition and subject to the following conditions:

  • The main unit must show no signs of use, scratches, damage, water exposure, repair, or modification.
  • All accessories must be included, including attachments, cables, manuals, warranty cards, promotional gifts, and any other items originally included in the box.
  • The original packaging must be intact and undamaged, including the retail box, outer carton, dust bag, sealed bags, inserts, and protective materials.
  • All labels, tags, anti-counterfeit labels, and serial number stickers must be intact and unaltered.
  • Customers may open the product for inspection and perform basic function testing, as long as this does not affect the product’s resale condition.
  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been activated, registered to an account, heavily used, written with data, visibly worn, damaged, modified, or missing original accessories or packaging.
  • Approved returns must be shipped to the designated US service center. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A refurbishment/restocking fee may apply if the item requires inspection, cleaning, repackaging, or other work before it can be resold.
