Pongbot Return & After-Sales Policy
Due to the specialized nature of Pongbot robots and the limitations of the manufacturer’s repair and refurbishment facilities, Pongbot products are sold under a strict and limited return policy.
No General Returns
Pongbot robots are not eligible for returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with performance
- Improper setup or use
- Cosmetic wear after use
- Compatibility or expectation issues
Warranty and Technical Support
If a Pongbot robot experiences a technical issue within the warranty period:
- The customer must first contact Megaspin Customer Support.
- Megaspin will coordinate troubleshooting with Pongbot’s after-sales technical support team.
- Most issues are resolved through remote diagnostics, guided support, or replacement of parts/components.
Return Authorization (RMA)
A return will be approved only if:
- Pongbot’s technical team confirms a verifiable manufacturing defect; and
- The return is explicitly authorized by the manufacturer following technical evaluation.
Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.
Refurbished or Used Units
Pongbot officially sells new products only. Returned units cannot undergo full inspection or refurbishment and are not resold as refurbished or open-box products.
For this reason, all return approvals are handled on a case-by-case basis and require manufacturer confirmation.
Unauthorized returns, returns without verified defects, or returns requested outside of the approved process will be refused. By purchasing a Pongbot robot, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Pongbot Return & After-Sales Policy.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
