I find this rubber (OX) quite effective away form the table, although I have no other LP rubber to compare it to. Against fast loops, I chop and seem to be able to 'generate' a LOT of backspin. Most players underestimater this and hit it into the net. It's got great control at all distances. I only find it hard to block and play aggressive shots near the table, probably because I use no sponge. I'm about to try 755 with 0.6mm sponge, and can let you know how this compares if you like?
