Ive used both 837 1mm and 755 ox. Definately 755 is much better away from the table for chops (spin reversal) and has much better 'wobble' effect. 837 has better control for close to the table play, but for chops is no where near as good as 755.

I haven't lost any pips from either rubber and I've been playing them both for over 8 months.
