Tacky mostly chinese rubbers and not as fast as grippy ones.And also tacky ones generally have no cutapull effect that is not good at counterattacking.But I personally belıeve that tacky ones give more spin.Some chinese rubbers are so tacky that when you press the ball and pull the ball stays on the rubber as if it is glued.
