Hi,you are right the effect dissapeared.And also the speed too.I noticed this a month ago.My Dr Neubauer Tornado ultra rubber was very fast four months ago but later the speed degrease ,then I put exolo Expander 11 on its sponge,for a week it was good but now slower. For using Hallmark Friction Liquid,I am not sure.I used Spinmax on it it becomes worser but for Hallmark Friction liquit I don't know. Aren't Hallmark Friction Liquit and Joola Spinmax same?Although Steave from Hallmark didn't advice Spinmax and advice friction liquit I donT really know the difference it there is.
