Although the rule is not clear,ITTF care only the pimple rubbers'friction.Ex. antis are still legal.So Butterfly Sriver is smooth rubber and for this reason outside the friction test.It is true that the ball will not come into contact with the title bar but for the side of the pips we can not say that.Specially the fast spin blocking ,I beliave the sides of the pips contact the ball.Thanks
