if you want to be agressive defender then you should try faster blade and rubber than defensive, FH rubber must also have ability to generate spin when used in more forward than spin motion (as a result of your past injury), therefore i recommend softer sponge rubber. one of the choices for rubber is some of the donic coppa's (softest is tenero). so...one possible setup is grubba all+ or stiga allround classic wrb blade with coppa tenero 1.8 on FH and on BH rubber depending on your style-do you wanna be passive or active on your BH when off the table? if passive then long pips is fine choice, otherwise something like sriver 1.5
