Speed gluing takes as long as it takes the glue to dry on the rubber, less than 5 minutes.

But if you don't want to, the rubber suggestions above are good. I would add:

Donic Desto F2 or F3 (F1 if you superb, innate control, otherwise it's too fast)
Butterfly Catapult
Stiga Magna (plays even better glued)

As far as performance, if you don't care about the glue sound, the rubbers above are just as spinny and fast, and play just as well as

Yasaka Mark V GPS
Sriver FX
Tackifire Special Soft
Coppa Tenero

all glued to the hilt IMHO.

As far as glue sound, I have yet to scare any 1700+ player into submission by the sound of my heavily glued racket looping one their loops or chops over their head.
