I think that what you mean is a pre assembled paddle.if this is the case, i can recommend the chinese made 729 rackets.they are pretty decent( control and spin) with of course the reasonable price.Dont worry, as you progress and becomes more better player you will know when to upgrade for more quality rubbers;what i mean is when you start to lose the game because your opponent is using the more advanced and efficient rubber available.
