Depends if you want to speed glue later. If you do. Then for the first gluing you 'Prime' the rubber with regular glue (rubber cement will do), stick on as per Rhono's instructions, but do not cut. Leave glued for a few days. Then remove the rubber and apply speed glue, to blade and rubber, (after the rubber has finished doming)...roll the rubber on the blade,place between 2 heavy books for 15 minutes and now you can cut..... If you cut when the rubber has been regularly glued, afterwards if you speed glue, because the rubber stretches with speed glue it will leave an overhang all round....that's why you cut it when its been speed glued.....
