Thank you very much. I will get right to it and hope I can get rid of my strong grip. It is not actually so hard that I have my wrist locked into a specific position. Sometimes I don't even notice I am holding the handle too hard. However, after a few hours of playing the palm of my hand starts to ache, so I thought that maybe I a different blade handle would improve this situation. I currently have a flared shakehand raquet, however, a friend of mine tells me anatomic may be a bit better for me. Thanks again for all the great tips you've given me!!!
