well dave,if you dont have a robot,you can just bounce the ball on the floor and loop it on the table.you can practice this repeatedly at different heights of the bounce until such time that you will feel very comfortable with the movement.in fact,i trained with this technique and it really worked for me.as for the equipment,in my experience,the rubbers and the blade have a great effect on your loops.we have the attacking and the defense rackets,and also the all around ones.you can choose your equipment depending in your style of play and your closeness to the table. |
