Anti Banner,don't forget that some countries like United Kingdom has given one year of cooling off to frictionless pip players and they need these rubbers.On the other hand manifacturers need to clear their stock.They don't sell them with a normal price.They are on sale .According to me what is wrong is that they don't warn their customers that these rubbers were banned by ITTF.
