The following message (subject: Is it legal to sell not ITTF approved rubbers?) was posted by Fadil Olguner, on 7/23/2008 5:57:59 PM:
Some shops sell not ITTF approved rubbers without giving information that they are not ITTF approved any more. When a customer buys that rubber without knowing this fact and see ITTF amlem on the rubber ,perhaps without knowing the fact that this rubber is not ITTF approved,he will try to enter the tournament and perhaps he will be punished blaming to try to use banned rubbers.I would like to know if it is legal to sell banned rubbers without saying they are not ITTF approved.
