hey julian! the senkoh's a nice blade. and i do think u can put another rubber on ur backhand just as chinese penholders do. (i don't think there are any rules against that for japanese penholder blades). start practising ur backhand loop early coz it takes time. believe me! i'm still struggling to get the backhand working properly. the word is practice, practice and practice. give some feedback when u've been able to master ur backhand.
