Thanks. Anyone know of any good websites showing how to play with short pips? I'm afraid my techniques seemed more suited to inverted. I do notice that ball hits with speedy tends to go downwards. I'm the only guy in my workplace (we play after office hours everyday) using short pips, so i have no point of reference.

Rhino, you mentioned that hitting with short pips, the best point of contact is the top of the bounce. Can I get your advice, is that the same with returning topspin? Should i be hitting the ball with a / going up for a topspin? While for a chop, (instead of returning with another chop) hit it with an open face at the top of the bounce. Sorry if this sounds like a newbie talking, my backhand is not good and i'm working everyday to improve it. Thanks!
