When I first got this rubber I was amazed at how the built-in speed glue effect was so reminiscent of a fresh glued rubber. It gives great speed with a good catapult effect and a great sound. The spin is good and I love it for serving and receiving. It blocks wonderfully and control is perfect. I play about 4-5 times per week and the rubber has never let me down. It suits my game as i mainly play topspin attack but like to block aswell. I chose the 430 sponge because it was the most balanced of the three. I thought the 470 would be too fast and I didn't really look at the 380. Hope this helps.
