But isn't the focus III much softer and slower than focus I ? I'd prefer a medium hard type rubber for my fh side. I enjoy smashing, but I do want topspin capability as well.

I will try to evaluate the rubbers based on my future experience and those of others, rather than the ratings. But not having any rubber usage experience, and not knowing anyone with rubber usage experience, reduces me to evaluate rubers based on the ratings, and hopefully some good input from this forum.
