|There are 2 sides to every argument.|
Fadil and Old Timer, With the exception of players like Fabian Akerstrom who use Frictionless in support of their great forehand most users passively “chicken wing block”. This looks clumsy and unattractive at best so us frictionless LP players do have to ask ourselves this: what is good for the future of the sport?
JRS Dallas, I agree with most of what you have said, but I would urge you to do a youtube search on Fabian Akerstrom if you have not seen him play. Although he is in the minority, his style is very unique and interesting to watch and if more people used the frictionless for set ups for the loops as appose to playing “wind shield wiper style” then I think that they should not ban them.
The bottom line is that they are indeed banning Frictionless long pips as they are banning speed glue. All the arguing and complaining is not going to change this so we will just all have to wait for the replacements and adapt accordingly. Thanks, Ben.
