I don't think there is enough difference between both blades for non-pro's to sense it. I consider there are only 3 types of blades: defensive, allround, offensive. I don't believe in marketing language such as OFF-, ALL+, ... You could, however, make a distinction between offensive and super-offensive (e.g. carbon blades). Personnaly I think Tibhar's Samsonov-series and Butterfly's VSG-series are best (offering both speed and excellent control).
