Right, i will start by saying of you want the control, don't use speed glue. Speed glue expands the spnge below the rubber and creates a sort of trampoline effect, increasing speed and spin on the ball.

What equipment are you currently playing with? I would probably suggest some form on Chinese rubber for you, (although i get confused between all the chinese rubber characteristics), if not a sheet of Sriver L (1.7-1.9mm). It would be good if you could say what you ar ecurrently playing with. If you are using a hobby bat then you will probably require slow allround rubbers & blade.
