sorry had to start a new post cause the other one was getting old.The problem with shadow stroking is that when i see tons of videos,everyone has their own version of looping.For example Sean o neal or something,his hip rotations are slow and arms are still but it throws a consistent loop.Or wang hao and a pretty much upward stroke loop.But which form is the right form?back to basics i suppose
