Hi,
I have just recently purchased a Butterfly Primorac Master racket. It has plastic sheets stuck to both sides. Can I directly remove the plastic paper and start using the racket? The surface is slightly sticky. So, do I need to wipe if with a water sponge and then start using it? Do I need to use talcum powder occassionally to clean the racket?

I am new to table tennis racket maintenance.Please help.
