Rated as slower than Tenaly Original by Nittaku but I think its faster, has more control and better feel than the original. I've used Tenaly blades for a couple years and would definitely recommend spending the extra money on the Acoustic. Works well with Chinese forehand rubbers.

Please read the review of the regular one, it's the same except for the handle. All I can say is that, been using it for 3 months, this is my weapon of choice. Beautiful touch with chinese rubber on FH (currently using Neo TG2). No annoying vibration. Quite a do-it-all blade.
And since you are here, I'll talk the handle somewhat.
Any potential buyer should try holding the real thing before buying - some of my acquaintances really hate the handle, some find it alright.
I'm a penholder and find that Tenaly is great for RPB. The difference isn't night and day but significant enough.
Holding it shakehand, I think the handle is quite slim but not annoying. My backhand was improved but I struggled quite a bit on forehand. Still, I'm not really a shakehander.
Note that the face is quite small (153x148 vs 157x150 on the regular) so any rubber cut to fit this blade won't fit a normal size.
