To me it's similar to provincial version of dhs. Quality has been the same for years, excellent QC by Nittaku.

This is a boosted review . Very close to the dhs h3 neo provincial . Nittaku version sponges is touch softer and lighter, the throw angle is not low as others say , I would say medium-high depends what you were using before. The dhs h3 neo provincial throw angle is higher slightly than the Nittaku h3 neo and faster by a bit. Not to confuse I am comparing both orange boosted sponges.

this is the easiest to use DHS Hurricane 3. Spin and performance on par with the DHS Hurricane National orange sponge. 39 degree hardness with a thickness of 2.1 mm makes it perfect for drives, loops & counter attacks. this is my version of the best forehand rubber paired on the Bty Lin Gaoyuan ALC. if you hit at the forehand loop, then there will be a catapult effect that shoots unstoppable by the opponent

Definitively a better version than the chinese one!

Very good rubber, I have used on two all wood Ch. Pen paddles: 1. Nittaku Ludeack Power 2. Stiga Clipper. both works extremely well, loop and counter loop are very consistent, spinny. This rubber works better for me than H3 NEO Provincial Blue Sponge, better at control and short touches, I get enough speed on my shots with my swing, able to swing at medium to long underpin serves and hit the table with good results. less things to deal with like boosting. I have also tried the Pro version, it is a bit faster bounce, depends on your playing style and paddle, it is also very good.

Hard, slow, better will be play on Off+ blade. Spin is high on topspin, but push under the table is not spinny. I glued this rubber on DHS pg7, but it is very slow blade. I think P-700, TBS, Viscaria, Clipper cr will be more better for h3neo.

This rubber plays better with heavy 3 star ball (poly better then non poly) coz its hard n slow...
This rubber plays better with soft to medium hard blade...
N plays better with off+ blade do to it's slow thing
Very easy to do top spin attack n even more easy to do a looping (but need to adjust to china stroke style....)
It u prefer European stroke style... Don't try this... Ull find it hard to control.....
Very sensitive to incoming spin

Lovely rubber to play with except it's slow n sensitive incoming spin... But very lethal on looping n d opponent hard to block ur side spin...

It's tacky as compared to European/Japanese rubbers. Sponge is medium hard. I put the rubber onto Butterfly Innerforce ZLC and the rubber weights 45g which is not too heavy for me.

I feel very easy to spin the ball with this rubber but I have to do topspin correctly in order to not hit the net because the throw angle is low.

When opponents hit the topspin balls created by this rubber, the balls often hit the net. I feel like the rubber generate a lot of spin but not push.
