Beautry is a short pip with lots of gears. It has good speed and sink on drives and blocks, and it can also produce spin when needed. It is definitely not as spinny as rubbers like 802-40 and Spinpips, but you can surprise people with the occasional loop when they give you a long push. Hits very well from mid distance in max thickness, but a little hard to control. If I buy another sheet, I'll get 2.0 or similar. Has a nice small logo, which is a big plus for penholders... that way, your pips don't start half way up your racket.

a good gum with short pips, greater control, speed, and spin .... and quite deceptive for a short pips.shi greatly helped
I switched to short pimples out on my forehand mainly to increase the success rate of final shots. Overall this concept was successfull with a lot of rubbers. During the last months I have played with: Spinlord Waran (1.5), Beautry (1.5 and 1.8), Spectol Red (1.5), Blowfish (1.8) and Palio Flying Dragon Biotech (1.8).
Most deceptive was the Spectol Red however technically difficult (for me !) with the final shots. Most friction and speed had the Palio Flying Dragon Biotech. The easiest handling had the Blowfish and still satisfying effiency. My overall favorite turned out to be the Beautry in 1.5 mm. Precise shots, comfortable feeling, lot of spin in services, safe blocks.

It's an offensive rubber with capable of defensive rubber, you can smash chop and even backhand loop with right move
