I played this on the backhand of a lightweight and bouncy blade, the Donic Persson Dotec OFF. On this blade it behaved like nothing else I had ever seen. The throw angle was enormous, resulting in my backhand opening loop becoming quite a safe shot. Additionally the relatively slow opening loop was loaded with an extreme amount of spin, which led to most of my opponents misreading the slow shot and blocking it way off the table.
Granted, perhaps it's not an easy rubber to play in all situations due to its bouncyness, but for spinning the ball it is stellar.

Great rubber for backhand, too fast and bouncy for forehand. Used it on BH Stiga rosewood V, can allow you to play extremely powerful backhand loop and close table attacks, performed better than tenergy 64 for me on the BH side. Hard to control for forehand due to it being too bouncy, hard to push short balls with out of making mistakes getting the ball deep out of the table. Overall great backhand rubber for advanced players
Awesome rubber. I have a Joola Fever ply (offensive). This rubber plays very well on this ply. Good control, decent speed and spin. Not be the spinniest but the overall performace is very good. And lightweight too.
bought this rubber based on the good reviews. I've been playing with Acuda S3 the past couple of years and 1 reviewer said he switched from S3 to this rubber and found it to play better for him away from the table. All I can say is that I was very disappointed in the lack of spin this rubber has. I tried it in 2.0 on a Joola Wing Fast blade, and although the blade was fairly fast I felt like my loops had very little spin. This rubber is fast and easy to play with...I'll give you that, but it produces very little spin and I will search for something with better spin or go back to S3. I think some of the other Joola rubbers such as Samba+, Express 1 & 2, and Phenix are better rubbers than this one.
Very good rubber for my play - offensive controled game! Very easy to play with this rubber. I use it on FH and BH on Joola Viva blade. Excellent short game play and a lot of control at blocks and service returns. This rubber got good speed and spin and you can see it in my curly topspins. Give this rubber a try if you play topspin-block game.
It's more or less the joola Mambo new version.
Xplode sensitive has and excellent control. Really good.

love this rubber, i was using acuda s3 but found it hard work when counter looping at distance, theres no problem with this one, loaded with power and has a nice throw , very consistant and plenty of spin and good touch/control, not sure about durability yet- not had it long enough!
I have red (max) FH and I was very impressed with the precise control, spin and counterlooping with joola explode sensitive.
I have always been a butterfly fan and use tenergy 05 fx FH for attacks/loops but the control is not as quite accurate as the explode sensitive.
Honestly I think despite the few reviews on joola rubbers vs the hype up of other new rubbers in the market I think that explode is worth trying, not as fast as tenergy but better control (if that is what you're looking for).
For less than 50 bucks, I think its a good option.

just as description, i love it. not as spinny as tenergy, but the control is very good, can kick tenergy away.
Very good rubber for an offensive player. It has good spin and control and decent speed.
As the name says the rubber has many gears, you can play very short returns and you have power when looping a long way from the table.
It is the best counter looping rubber I ever played and it offers amazing control if you counter loop just after bouncing or if you are 3-4 meters away from the table.
As for cons it reacts heavily to opponent spin, so playing a deep backspin return it's quite tricky for example.
