I did not like this product. The pole was tilted on its base (presumably this was deliberately designed this way to make the balls roll down to one side to be closer to the player) but this design issue caused more problems than it was worth. When moving the cart from one location to another, the wheelbase often rotated and had to be twisted back to the more desirable location. In addition, the post kept slowly slipping down so the basket dropped lower and lower, so the height of the basket and had to be readjusted about once every three days. The plastic tightener on the pole could not be easily loosened or tightened. I was so disappointed with this item that I decided to purchase the BUTTERFLY BALL TRAINER (for TRIPLE the price of the JOOLA item) and ask Megaspin if they would allow me to return the JOOLA BALL CADDY.
