As penhold player who uses a lot of spin I was looking for something that offered the benefits of short pips but doesn't compromise on spin. I didn't think that a rubber that did this was possible but this Spinfire Soft really delivers. Even on my first use the transition from inverted rubber was straightforward. My smashes were much flatter and as fast as my usual rubber (Donic Bluefire M1 Turbo). Very impressive rubber.

bought this rubber after using the regular spinfire version, the difference in control is very big. It is not as soft as I thought, most likely average. I play 2.1 thickness both left and right (Japanese penhold), compared to the regular version more control, spin and speed are about the same. It became much easier to play on the backspin and overspin on the topspin, very happy.

superb speed and spin for short pips....control ? great!. Hit the ball with acceleration not power because it is very fast. Flat hit is easy and dangerous to the opponent. try it and you wont dissapointed. Sorry for my poor english
