Very Tacky and pretty slow so good for beginners and intermediate players who like spiny controlled shots. I love the feel. Hardish sponge good for fh. You need a tacky clear protector for it though.

new 2020 packaging
At first impression...comparing this to globe 999 national on same blade. The 6512 has harder sponge than 999 nat 39 blue-sponge, but same feeling of stiffness when playing, 6512 is bouncier and grippier for me.
6512 is cheaper and better deal.

I bought a pre-made rubber called DHS VESPID with this kind of rubber on both sides of the racket for only 7$ in a sporting goods shop. Control is very good and spin is above average for me. I just think it's a little slow for my offensive play. very nice and very cheap
