Skyline 3 has excellent speed at mid-long distances, it's very stable and has a very linear and continuous feeling. It's very powerful if you have good strength, and if you can perform full-swings consistently.
However, the push-block (for traditional penhold backhand) is weaker compared to Skyline 2 or Hurricane 3.You should only use it for loops and swings, and you should complement it with excellent RPG, otherwise your backhand side would be very weak. Also note that this is a heavy rubber, so make sure your BH is light.
Context: I'm a penholder, with Yasaka Malin soft carbon blade and BH Hurricane 3 neo.

It's faster than Hurricane 3 Neo, but less spinier, compared to Rxton 9, this rubber is little bit easier to access the speed than Rxton 9, a little less spin, mine was 39 hardness, so it was softer and easier to use.
