Use B2 now with 1,5mm sponge from german shop mostly on backhand. Must say that i booster this version to get best performance. As elder player I prefer more control and try to play short rallies. That works with thin boostered B2. Power and speed is more than sufficient. Service quality is extraordinary and brings a lot of points. Tested also other B2 versions (national, provincial) but i'm not able to manage thick sponge. Test now for forehand B2 red and Bloom Power in 1,8mm. Still take some time to come to a final conclusion.
The rubber is waaaay better in play than people say. Much faster and spinnier than others say. Great control my favorite fh rubber
I use 4-5 sheets H47 since 1,5 years, tried boosted(rev3xtremebooster). Boost makes the throw angle much higher and the sponge livelier so it is good for backhand too.
I wanted to play with tensior rubbers (mx-s) because its faster on small wrist move counters and blocks, but i had problems countering spinny opening loops when i was late. B2 just grabs the ball and you can counterloop anything. Rakza Z EH is the similar but with fewer gears. With B2 the loopkills against backspin and the top speed is insane even with donic appelgren allplay blade, much higher than mxs and rakzaZEH. Now i use it unboosted, throw is very low, trajectory is low, you need more upward motion against backspin. Every sheet has the same tackyness after 1,5 years, topsheet very durable, 157x150 is 47g. My primary blade is waldner WC89 B2 and fastarc c1.

This rubber is really good compared to other Chinese hard sponges (hurricane 3 neo 40 degrees) if you have played with both euro and Chinese type rubbers. The feeling of where the ball bounces on your blade is much higher than hurricane 40 degrees due to the sponge being slightly softer. It's not super bouncy like euro types, but what it gives is the range of low power and high power. Very good for controlling the point if you like to change up the speed and pace to throw your opponent off. Serves are great, since the catapult is not super high, and the spin is still really high. Would recommend 1 layer of baby oil or mineral oil on a outer layer ALC butterfly blade. It's my favorite at the moment. Since the feeling of ball increased so has my consistency and confidence in wanting to open-up for power shots. To compare, this version is the 39 degrees orange that I used. I have used 40 degrees B2 blue sponge, however, it's too fast for me and almost has no feeling due to the hardness. I've purchased the 39 B2 degree blue sponge in hopes that it will feel better.
I started playing with this rubber over a year ago. Ones I was used to it, I loved it so much. My first two sheets lasted very long and the tackiness lasted long. (bought in China). Now shipment from China is more difficult so ordered new sheets in Germany. I got 4 sheets (also bleu sponge). None of them are tacky, they pick up the ball for less than a second. My old sheets picked them up for 15-20 seconds. Without the tackiness, producing spin is very difficult. This makes it hard for me to make a correct review. It's like I have two different rubbers to review.
I really like this rubber. It's up there in spin/control as H3N, but its faster. Slower than Big Dipper, but spinnier. Very similar to Bloom Power.
This has everything you need for a powerful and spinny FH looping rubber.

Fantastic rubbers. I have played this rubber for long time. FH rubbers! BATTLE 2 NORMAL VERSION. If u use chinese style that u always brush the ball and this rubber is your deadly weapon. The hard sponge and the tacky topsheet makes the ball of your spin keep having lower arc than any rubber even DHS most rubbers. I love this. The control is unbelievabl, so high class, u can do push, chop, very confidently due to its much dwell time. If ur used to buy chinese rubbers, i recommend you to buy this more due to its durability while DHS rubbers always has problem with the tospheet that can detach from the sponge easily after many uses. Low price, high quality. Full stroke players only, such Chinese Top Players.
I tunned this rubber and it is slower than Neo H3 tunned but maybe is for the hardness. my battle 2 has 49 degree that i think that is harder than H3 39 DHS scale. Maybe it similar to 41 for DHS. I dont recomend 49 at least you have a good technique and you have a hard surface blade. If you have a soft surface blade and the version hardness 49, it need tune.
I prefer more flexibility, hardness 45.
Battle 2 is the most tackyness than i tested. Great rotation spin, great for backspin and services. Good control. Average spin if not tuned. i tuned it.

What I like of this rubber is very forgiving and lots of control ( boosted). Lifting backspins are very controlled and spinny. Counter looping and counter topspinning so much easy and powerful. Very cheap. The best forehand for me so far. You might dislike it coz of your poor skills.
I went through three sheets, all black. Two of them are 45-degree and one 47-degree hardness. The sponge is more lively than Hurricane 3 Neo (H3N). The top sheet feels softer and lets you wrap the ball better when looping. It plays like a dream when new. After 2 weeks when the tackiness on the sweet spot is worn out, it can be inconsistent depending on where the ball contacts the rubber. I feel it is more suitable for the forehand. They weigh 48g after cut which is comparable to H3N. Overall, it plays better than H3N but it is less durable.
Good forehand rubber for brush looping. Not the same kick as you get from DHS Hurricane NEO series or Yinhe Big Dipper. Weight cut, 2.1mm: 52g
I play 49 degrees version on Primorac blade. Played with tenergies in the past and switch to this rubber. Now, there is no way I will go back. My consistency improved a lot and overall forehand technique too since the rubber forces me to make a proper footwork and strokes. Easy to generate slow spin close to the table and a loop from several meters away. Dynamic range of speeds I can produce is amazing making it easier to do an accurate placement. When I attack fast there is always a feeling that a ball can go even faster if I hit it harder. Drop shots are nice since if you don't apply power the rubber does not produce it for your making the ball dead, surprising you opponent.
Very sticky rubber, but stickiness remains. At least if you clean it on regular basis.
Speed - if you hit harder it goes harder as simple as that.
Spin - A lot of spin if you do a proper stroke
Control - I consider the ruber to be very controllable since it is not a tensor. A ball does not jump far away if it is slow. But as a ball speed increases it starts to jumps faster. With a little dwell time there will be less time to handle the ball.
Overall the best rubber for 20$

Black, 2.0, un-boosted, used on FH of a Stiga All-round Classic. A hard, tacky rubber that produces very good spin. The hardness took some getting used to, in the end I ended up not liking this hardness, for me it was too hard. To my surprise, the speed was very good, especially when weight transfer and timing was on-point. I would recommend Battle 2 if you're looking for a top quality Chinese rubber with great value for money.
Great rubber with very respectable speed and great spin. Using red 2.1mm as a FH rubber and am very happy with it. The tackiness has remained pretty much the same after about 4 months of playing 7-8 hours a week. Pairs well with my OFF blade but you'd better have good technique because it is pacier than most Chinese rubbers and is noticeably faster than my 729-08 black 2.1mm. Has been great for my spin offensive forehand and I highly recommend this rubber!
Strong rubber for looping and counter looping. Need more effort and body movement against backspin. Great speed in rally, quite bouncy when blocking. Nice attacking rubber. Probably the best rubber of 729 so far...
For $15.- this rubber is a definite steal if you possess both a fast carbon blade and a tub of booster.
The rubber is very tacky at the beginning of its lifespan, which scared me a little at first as I expected it to be
incredibly slow. To my surprise it was decently fast but without catapult. This meant I could use most of my power and create insanely loaded low arcing topspins with a huge kick with about 75% of the effort I would need with H3N. The only pitfall this rubber has is the same that all tacky rubbers have; you need to stay agressive and well positioned to get the most out of this rubber.

It is less tacky compare with 729-08 ES, but the speed is faster and has more power, which is more suitable for the new abs 40+ poly ball. It has a lot of control, if you use DHS H3, it is very easy for you to get use to it. It is ideal when you are active using your own power instead of rely on the power of sponge fully. The blue sponge version is even better in terms of power & speed, especially when you applied oil-based boaster to it.
I don't have enough words to describe this beauty. It is a dream come true for a flat hitter .. a smasher.. a destroyer.. a player who takes no nonsense.. a player who attacks spins.. loops and even hard smashes .. counter-punching and destroying the opponents. This is rubber for a player with violent destructive mindset that can't be tamed or trained. An uncontrollable beast waiting to be unleashed.

I have H47 for BH and H49 for FH on Sanwei Dynamo. BH-H47 feels great in looping, smashing, and blocking. I had some trouble chopping the strong back spin but it was okay after I made some adjustment. I have poor FH technique so the H49 does not feel as good, but felt that H49 might be too hard for me. I turned the paddle and used H47 for FH and it got better but BH started struggle a little bit.
Use to play H3 Neo for $120, now I play with the battle 2, for 1/6 of the price, and do at least the same, if not better, after some adjustments, of course.
Battle 2 is a wannabe NEO Skyline TG2, but with less speed and spin. It has the same tackiness and throw angle. It has the same advantages in the close table game and disadvantages away from table. There is just one significant difference. Battle comes in 45, 47, and 49 degree, which is softer than TG2, which is over 50 degree. So if you liked TG2 but it was too hard for you, maybe this will make you happy. There is also provincial Battle 2, which has same hardness as TG2. But that one is much more expensive than TG2, so why bother?
