Moving from DHS H3 National to this rubber : More Speed, more gear, more spin! Less tackiness, a little bit less control.
Yasaka Rising Dragon imho is a a pro rubber, great japanese touch, euro speed and chinese spin.
Perfect for flips and quick smashes close to the table, if you have the proper skill and quickness you can perform lighting FH spinned shots.
Bad Note : the rubber gets dirty very soon and loses totally the tackiness, it's dangerous during a match because it loses totally the grip and ball dies in the net. I have to bring a wet sponge in my pocket all the time.
