Medium stiffness, long texture-topped pimples. This is a decent all-around rubber. I found it a little faster than others, like Feint 2, Screw, etc. I put it on a slower blade, and it works fine now. It has enough grip to create a little spin. It's fairly predictable to play with. Spin reversal is average. It's pretty good for chop blocking, b/c it doesn't react to spin that much, like say P-1, Feint 3, etc.
I'd recommend it for somebody with a slow blade who wants to have a little springier LP. This rubber rewards active play, i.e., it's not very good just for passive blocking.
