Customer review for Yasaka Mark V
Still a great all around rubber for beginner/intermediate players. The primary mistake beginners make imo is getting blade and/or rubbers that are to fast. Start off learning technique with slower all around blade/rubbers for the first few years before moving on to faster equipment. In the long run this will be better and Mark V is a great place to start imo. It still has plenty of speed to do anything you want as you learn technique and get footwork correct. Great place for most players is 2.0 for offense/all-around and 1.8 for defense or 1.5 for pure choppers. Just my opinion, I’m sure there are plenty who know more than me so best to seek a local coach’s preference for yourself if you are serious about playing. Have fun with your TT journey.
