Solid blade for flat hitting.
I used this as a beginner with Xiom Vega Europe 2.0 FH and Nittaku Factive 1.8 BH. This specific setup was recommended by my coach. You get what you put into this blade, it doesn't do any work for you. Hard hits are fast, slow hits are slow. Spinny shots have decent rotation, so serving and looping were ok. For straight smashing or flat hitting, it's a dream. The control is just exceptional and I could place the ball wherever I wanted in the short game or when hitting. The straight handle is chunky, fits well in the hand, and feels very solid and not at all hollow. Nice feedback too. Doesn't vibrate a ton, but you can tell when you hit the ball right. It tends to run a bit head light, so is really nice for close to the table hitting/blocking. I wouldn't get this if you want a mainly spin oriented game though as you're starting.
Good quality!
