Extremly soft topsheet rubber and a bit harder sponge is good combination for making of wobbling balls. I would say, it depends on speed of coming ball from opponent. Very efective in medium speed balls rally when the pips bend enough. When you play contra balls against topspin (like with soft rubber), the pips are extreamly pressed down and they give to the ball very much of energy from pips elasticity.
After a few strokes you have the frictionless feelling. On the other hand it's difficult to control, because it seems to me this rubber is developed for straight play - no chopping/cutting. I'm contradicting to myself, because it probably use Joo See Hyuk. If you want to classical defend, the control is very good near the table. From longer distances is more efective to play smash attack, but you have to beware of very low hitting (despite it would be dangerous for opposite).
Big topic for passive players is the matter of less control but offensive players have other opinion and very like this rubber. I would recommend this rubber to players who can twiddle (very good weapon) - they are very sensitive players in most time and has good solving the angle of hitting. Also recomment to players who formerly play with frictionless pips. Players formerly played with classical rubbers like andro classic or butterfly orhodox etc is very difficult rubber. Motto: coltrol and speed is very relative for everyone.
