Pros
1. Stable blocking
2. Good grip
3. Good for smashing

Cons
1. Poor quality sponge - i got angry and took it off aggresively of the blade and broke out like a leaf
2. So inconsistent in looping - 10 hits with 7 variations
3. Expensive for what it provides - bought it from Sanwei official website
