I don't have a lot to compare this rubber to but out of the rubbers I've tried other rubbers (several $30+ rubbers) but this one I felt a great deal of spin and control and was not slow at all. I didn't rate these above because I don't feel I've used enough rubbers but I do think this is a solid rubber.
