This is a tacky chinese rubber with moderated catapult effect. Fast rubber, this is more linear than 729 Battle II or Palio The Way 40+. Easy serve return and short game, low sensitive to incoming spin, flat hit is possible, this is usable rubber for 40mm celluloid ball. I prefer the SPEED version, it is lighter and the topsheet is thinner. Interestingly, the SPEED version is not faster, but higher throw and more rotation for 40+ poly ball. Overall,
SPEED version is same performance to Palio AK47 with slightly different advantages, but still the Palio HK1997 Gold is the standard for me.
