I have the Violin Carbon as well. Nittaku Acoustic Carbon Inner (NAC Inner) has great feeling and control like Violin Carbon. It's a little bit slower and stiffer than the Violin Carbon. NAC Inner is very easy to play with, due to the soft feeling and great control. You only feel the power of the carbon layers when you hit hard. The sweet spot is large and it performs all types of strokes well, but it really shines when it comes to looping. It works well with tacky Chinese rubbers. I recommend hard rubbers on NAC Inner for BH, if you like active blocking and punch shots on your BH. Medium or soft rubbers will make your harder shots go all over the place. Hard rubbers has much better control for NAC Inner on BH. Note that this blade is head-heavy, which I like (but not everyone does). Mine is 87g, which is very light. The handle is a bit thin compared to other blades, but it doesn't really affect me. Finally, the craftsmanship is great for this blade. It has very nice finish. Due to the versatile nature of NAC Inner, I can recommend this blade to anyone from beginner to advanced player. If you don't mind spending some money, this blade is well worth it. Update: After playing with this blade for a few month, I'm convinced that NAC Inner is a solid 9 in terms of speed. I'm not sure why the average rating is only 8.7 for this blade. NAC Inner is clearly faster than Stiga Infinity, but Infinity has average speed rating of 8.7 on this site.
