The actual Joola table tennis table I would give 4.5 stars, Megaspin a 4.0. This was our 1st time ordering from megaspin-you cannot contact them by phone, only by email which makes communication more difficult to get detailed answers. I researched tables extensively before purchasing this one-we highly recommend it! It has a 1 inch thick surface, the more thickness the better the table. It was very heavy, like 300 pounds, my husband hurt his back lifting it with another guy. There was a small nick on the side of the table, but everything else was fine-I will upload a pic if this review lets me. Always triple check for damage when your delivery comes; don't sign for it unless you approve. Set up was super great, only 8 bolts! Super fun to play on and worth the extra hundred more to get the bundle! The balls and robot aren't the best out there, but worth what you are getting it for.
