The Joola Tour 2500 is an absolutely great table! Study frame, easy to store (separates into 2 halves, requiring removing or moving the net to one side), beautiful playing surface, and top quality net. For the price, this seems to be one of the best values for a 1-inch thick table or any table for that matter. We had a minor issue with the table upon delivery, but both Megaspin and Joola helped me resolve it promptly, exceeding my expectations with follow-up emails, etc. This level of customer service is exemplary and has made me a big fan of these companies. We also purchased the bundle package with the IPONG robot, big net, and extra balls. These came by a separate shipment. The robot is pretty neat. I used to be a competitive tennis player, so getting a "ball machine" was a no-brainer. Our particular model is relatively simple to operate, but be sure to read the instructions because there are a couple of unintuitive procedures to make it work properly. One last thing - CRITICAL FOR SAFETY AND NOT BREAKING THE TABLE - make sure you get a minimum of 3 guys, preferably 4, to receive the 300 lb table from the truck and move it to your garage or wherever it's going. The truck driver isn't there to move it for you, just deliver it! Once you have the box flat on the floor, then open the box and remove one half at a time to assemble. You will need two adjustable wrenches to attach the legs (each leg junction is sandwiched between two plates). Scratches and markings on the underside of the table are normal. Also, PLACE A BLANKET OR SIMILAR PAD on the floor to lay each table half when attaching the legs during set-up. Otherwise you risk damaging the surface. YOU NEED 2 GUYS MINIMUM to set up the table. This is because each side of the table, which weigh nearly 150 lbs, must be laid flat on the floor, then picked up and flipped over WITHOUT ANY WEIGHT ON THE LEGS until the unit is upright. That's not a lot of weight, but it's gangly and can be damaged if dropped during the flipping routine. DON'T RISK HURTING YOURSELF OR THE TABLE. I'm a big guy, but no way was I going to damage the table.
