Ordering and the follow up communications are great.
Delivery was on time. Though the package had some damages, the table was safe and no major scratches.
The assembly was easy, although the instructions in the printed manual was terrible, the instructions in the youtube was very useful.
The quality of the table surface is easily the best for the price. The bounce and the speed was very consistent and can notice and feel the difference when compared to the tables we have in the club.
I got the table with the IPONG robot bundle and for additional $100 its worth the buy. The robot and the accessories are of great quality and very useful for my kids to learn and practice the game.
Highly recommended if you are serious about learning the game and should be a good investment to reduce your kids time spent on the electronic gadgets.

Note: The shipping company will deliver the package in the front door only. Due to some lawsuit the delivery person refused to keep it inside the front door. We need to open the box outside and take it one by one and it was very heavy. No surprise here as this is clearly mentioned in the delivery instructions.
