I bought The Joola Tour 2500 with Ipong Robot Bundle. The delivery person was delivering the table, at the curbside, but he listened to me and was gracious to bring it closer to the garage with his Dolly cart. You all would benefit from doing the same! It was nicely packed in a wooden crate....

The table is beautiful and of blue color, but it is extremely heavy (250 lbs). It has 2 parts. You need at least 2-3 people to take each of the half down to the basement, where I had it installed. (As an afterthought, I think it would have been wiser and easier to put the wheels etc.in the garage and wheel it in the house) My friend is a mechanic and the assembly was quick because he had all his gadgets. These are the only drawbacks. Otherwise, the net and the table are fantastic!! It was worth the money, as I had researched quite a few tables online and this seemed the BEST. The staff at Megaspin.net were also very helpful in guiding me during the process. I am an extremely happy customer. I have not yet shown to my adult children, who live far off, as I want to surprise them.

The Robot, which I use with the tilt stand is another story. To be fair, I can only say that I have used it only for a few days, I do not understand why it takes so long to deliver the balls, and at times it will not start? I am trying to improve my skills with it and trying to encourage my husband to play with me. Also the balls leave a white spot on my Yasaka paddle every time I play with it. I do not like that at all): I hope the Robot will work better soon.

Without the Robot I would give the TT Table a rating of 5!
